Summary of Key Points

What information do we collect? When you submit a form (Welcome, Voice Compass, or Commitment), we collect the responses you provide, and on the Commitment form we also collect your first name and email address. We do not require account creation to use the website.

Do we collect sensitive personal information? The reflections you share through our forms may be intimate and personal. We treat them with care and do not share them outside our team. We do not collect information that is legally classified as "sensitive" in most jurisdictions (such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, health information, or biometric data).

Do we collect information from third parties? No.

Do we sell your information? No. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

1. What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on our website, we collect the answers you provide. Specifically:

  • Welcome form: The reflections you share in response to the prompts (the moment you've been avoiding, the small step you sense). Both fields are optional.
  • Voice Compass: Your selected responses to the seven questions in the Compass.
  • Commitment form: Your responses to the six commitment questions, your first name, and your email address.

Information collected automatically. Our website hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and basic site analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Deliver In-Count-Her™ formation content to you (including the next step after Commitment)
  • Communicate with you about your participation, cohorts you've joined, or related offerings
  • Understand how the practice is unfolding for women across cohorts (formation tracking) so we can refine the work
  • Respond to your questions or requests

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to In-Count-Her™.

3. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your responses and contact information for as long as it remains useful for the purposes described above, including ongoing formation tracking across years. We do this because the practice is designed to unfold over time, and your earlier responses help us understand and serve your continued growth.

You can request deletion at any time. If you no longer want us to retain your information, email us at support@in-count-her.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will remove your records within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate (such as our website host, email delivery service, or app infrastructure) — only to the extent needed to provide their service to us, and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers — in the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified before this happens.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all form submissions and limited access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the care it deserves.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain uses
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email support@in-count-her.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are designed for adult women. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Earnings & Results Disclaimer

An honest note about what In-Count-Her™ does — and does not — promise.

In-Count-Her™ is a Christ-centered spiritual formation practice. The experiences described on our website, in our communications, and in shared reflections from past participants reflect what those individuals have noticed during their participation. They are not guaranteed results.

Formation outcomes vary by individual. What unfolds for one woman may not unfold for another in the same way or on the same timeline. Faithfulness to the practice does not produce predictable outcomes — it invites encounter.

In-Count-Her™ is not a coaching program, a therapy program, a financial-improvement program, or a productivity system. It does not promise:

  • A specific spiritual outcome or experience
  • Financial improvement, business growth, or income generation
  • Healing of any specific condition
  • The resolution of any specific situation in your life

What it offers is a structured rhythm of return, an invitation to honesty, and the support of a sacred container. What you do within that container is your own work — and the outcomes are between you and God.

If you are seeking professional support for mental health, medical concerns, financial planning, or any specific area of life that requires expertise, please consult qualified professionals in those fields.

A 90-day practice for women returning to the Still Small Voice through a daily rhythm of trust and obedience.
